Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Include a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at luxezjewels@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized Jewelry (e.g., custom rings, engraved necklaces).
  • Sale Items and Gift Cards.

Damages & Issues

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at luxezjewels@gmail.com immediately, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Size Return Policy

If you need a ring size adjustment:

  • A charge of INR 500 applies for return shipping and re-delivery.
  • The return will be processed only after we receive the original item.

No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges on any product. If you wish to get a different product, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU customers, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item meets our return eligibility criteria.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval status.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

Returns for Specific Issues

1. Damaged Items

Report damaged items immediately. We will arrange a return and offer a replacement or refund.

2. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 15 days. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item.

3. Customized Orders

Custom-made or engraved jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.
